01.Acceptance and Licensing
By purchasing any software from Meridius Quant, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive End User License Agreement (EULA). The software is locked to your MetaTrader account number to prevent piracy. Sharing, renting, or reselling the license will result in immediate termination of service without prior notice.
02.Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Due to the cryptographic and downloadable nature of our algorithms (compiled .ex5 files), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the protocol has been downloaded and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Ensure you understand market risks before making a purchase.
03.Third-Party Infrastructure
Meridius Quant is not responsible for technical failures arising from external infrastructures, including but not limited to: VPS connection drops, Broker server outages, extreme price slippage, or changes in Prop Firm regulations.
